As we re-center our focus to help our clients alleviate stress and continue to work towards their fitness goals as they work from home, we strive to continue to provide free classes for all whether you have an abundance of equipment or none at all!

By participating in our classes, you assume any risk of injury.

Each of our instructors carefully plans out each class according to client needs and will provide modifications, but through participation, you attest that you are in good health standing to withstand the demands of exercise. Please consult with your physician if you have any concerns about starting up an exercise regimen.
