Just before the start of class, head to the zoom app or the link below to join in!
If using your browser for class, you will be prompted to download Zoom upon selecting the “join class” link. If you do not wish to download, select cancel. Select the “click here” link and cancel again. A new link to join from your browser will appear and you will enter the class.
All workout classes are HIIT workouts in circuit-style formats, and can be adapted to any fitness level. Foam Roll & Stretch requires a foam roller, and DB Circuit and Upper Body Strength use weights/resistance. The addition of weights to the other workout classes is a great way to advance your fitness but is not required.
