Case Study: Market Square at 801 Penn

Designed in 2015, the fitness center at Market Square at 801 Pennsylvania Avenue NW was one of the first true trophy fitness center renovations of its kind in DC.  An expansion of a smaller, underutilized fitness room, building ownership was committed to doing something unique and grand in building this space out to almost 9,000 square feet.  Working closely with Gensler, we helped them deliver a spacious, fun and comfortable fitness center with gorgeous lighting features, ceiling textures and a curved glass entry.  Multiple graphic walls incorporating presidential history and the neighboring Navy Memorial make this a true stand-out center and one of our most frequently toured.
