Hi I’m Ryan! I am a certified personal trainer who specializes in circuit, strength training and rehabilitation. I got into fitness after needing physical therapy for a broken leg which led to needing to increase and maintain strength to help with pain and alignment. Many individuals have previous injuries or pain that could be helped by strengthening the body and my goal is to help people like I have been helped. In my free time I enjoy knitting, crocheting, and sewing and overall making things.
