Hey, my name is Kasie! I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. I love helping people become the best version of themselves through fitness! I specialize in strength training, bodybuilding/hypertrophy, and weight management. I got into fitness after becoming hypertensive and overweight at 22 years old. I was sick all the time and my weight skyrocketed after college. I wanted to make a change in myself and decided I wanted to help others after losing weight and getting my health back. In my free time, I dance salsa, cook, and do Crossfit for fun.
